We are excited to offer secure access to your medical information through our new patient portal, Cerner HealtheLife! This tool allows you to view your lab results, view and schedule appointments, request medication refills, communicate with your providers and care team, and much more! It is important to note that in order to begin using Cerner HealtheLife, you must have had an appointment at either Memorial Hospital of Carbon County or one of our clinic locations. You can choose to self-enroll or you can provide your email to a member of our health care team during your next visit. You will then receive an invitation and further instructions about completing the registration process. Once enrolled, you can access your portal anytime by visiting https://mymhcc.iqhealth.com. For appointments prior to September 18th, 2022, your information can be accessed through the Athena and MedHost portals. Information about services provided after September 18th will be available in the Cerner HealtheLife Patient Portal.
