Margaret Lake, PNP-C, has announced that she is retiring from her career as a family practice provider for MHCC.
Joining Memorial Hospital of Carbon County in 2017, Lake quickly earned a reputation for excellence in her approach to patient-centered care and has continued to remain a favored provider for people throughout Carbon County. While saddened by her departure, the MHCC Board of Trustees, Administration, and staff wish to congratulate Peggy and her husband, Carey, on their new chapter!
Lake’s last day for patient care will be December 12th, 2023. Future plans for the Hanna clinic are in place, including the addition of a new provider. Details surrounding provider recruitment will be shared in coming weeks.
