Memorial Hospital of Carbon County appreciates being considered for Skilled Nursing Care Patients. We serve Carbon, Sweetwater, Natrona and Albany Counties.
We accept short term Medicare patients. The patient must be stable and have already met three midnight Acute Care stay criteria prior to the referral. We have a total of 3 Skilled Nursing and/or Rehab Beds available at this time in our Critical Access Hospital.

Who Qualifies?
- Have Medicare Part A
- Minimum 3 day hospital stay
- Begin within 30 days of original hospital stay
- Require either skilled nursing care or skilled therapy services
