Memorial Hospital of Carbon County appreciates being considered for Skilled Nursing Care Patients. We can serve any county/any state.

We accept short term Medicare patients.  The patient must be stable and have already met three midnight Acute Care stay criteria prior to the referral. We have a total of 3 Skilled Nursing and/or Rehab Beds available at this time in our Critical Access Hospital, and we can accommodate up to 5 swing bed patients concurrently.

Who Qualifies?

  • Have Medicare Part A
  • Minimum 3 day hospital stay
  • Begin within 30 days of original hospital stay
  • Require either skilled nursing care or skilled therapy services
