The MHCC Short Stay Unit, a wide variety of infusion services to cover needs for multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, CIDP, infectious disease, Crohn’s Disease, ulcerative colitis, immune deficiency and much more! This highly-specialized service allows patients to safely receive medication intravenously in situations where taking medications orally is not a safe or effective treatment method for the patient.
Infusion therapy can include blood transfusions, immunotherapy, fluid replacements, antibiotics, long-term therapies, iron infusions, or a variety of other available treatments based on the specific needs of the patient!
The infusion center at Memorial Hospital of Carbon County features a newly remodeled area where you’ll find a comfortable and relaxing environment in which to receive your treatment. Additionally, our highly-trained nursing staff work closely with each patient to ensure the safest and highest quality care possible – all right here, close to home!
