Effective June 14th, 2021, Memorial Hospital of Carbon County will implement a new Visitor Policy organization wide.
The policy will be based on current COVID-19 positivity rates for Carbon County and will be updated each week accordingly. A new easy to follow, color coded guide will be used to communicate visitor allowances and restrictions. This information will be placed at each patient entrance within the hospital and clinics.
Based on a red, yellow, and green color coded system, each color represents a different COVID-19 positivity rating and correlating requirements. Red is for a rating of 10% or higher. Yellow signifies a rating of 5-10%, and Green is for a rating of 5% or less. Specific requirements for each color are indicated on the form.
