Chanel Thrasher, DNP, FNP, is a Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Wyoming. She is proud to be part of the Memorial Hospital of Carbon County orthopedic team, helping patients throughout Carbon County receive expert orthopedic care close to home.

As a longtime Platte Valley resident, Chanel understands the needs of the communities she serves and is committed to helping local patients stay active and healthy.

Chanel brings experience in emergency medicine, orthopedic care, and rural healthcare, helping patients with musculoskeletal injuries, fracture management, joint pain, sports- and work-related injuries, and non-surgical orthopedic treatment.

Working closely with orthopedic surgeon Dr. Darin Allred, Chanel helps ensure patients receive comprehensive orthopedic care in both the clinic and operating room, providing coordinated treatment plans designed to support recovery and improved mobility.

Chanel sees patients at the MHCC Orthopedic & Pain Clinic (located on the 2nd floor of the hospital), MHCC Family Practice Clinic in Rawlins, and MHCC Health Center–Platte Valley Clinic in Saratoga.
