Biography

Sonia Klein, DNP, FNP-C, graduated from the University of Wyoming with her Doctor in Nursing Practice. She is certified in ACLS, PALS, and CPR, with extensive emergency and trauma experience.

Sonia is a Wyoming native who grew up in Sublette County. Her career in medicine began in her 20’s when she trained as an emergency responder. In 2018, she completed the BRAND program through the University of Wyoming, gaining her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

For several years she’s worked with MHCC as an emergency nurse and EMT, and is excited to now offer specialized wound services including treatment for burns, lymphedema, radiation injuries, pressure ulcers, diabetic wounds and much more.

In her spare time Sonia enjoys spending time with her family and participating in outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, biking and boating.
