Memorial Hospital of Carbon County has received an award from the Wyoming Intertie Project Community Fund of the Wyoming Community Foundation.  Award funds will enable the County hospital to purchase a new Life Pak 15 and enhance MHCC’s medical teams’ ability to manage critical situations.  Life Paks are an essential tool for monitoring patients’ cardiac function, detecting life threatening arrythmias, and providing life-saving defibrillation during emergencies.  This unit will be utilized by MHCC EMS and will greatly augment care options available in the field.
