On 06/08/2023, my husband, Fernando, was seen by Dr. Lumb for abdominal pain. A CT was ordered and it was determined he was going to need surgery for his appendix that same afternoon. I cannot thank everyone enough that had a hand in making it happen each and every step of the process!
Thank you to the Business Office for working with insurance; Radiology for the CT Scan; Kylee Phipps and the staff in SSU for making sure he was prepped for his procedure; Dr. Lumb and the entire OR team, including CRNA Chuck Grant for making sure he was doing well throughout and after the procedure; and to Blair Nelson, RN, for her positivity and for making him feel at ease and like it was still a normal day! We appreciate each and every one of you wonderful beings!
