Memorial Hospital of Carbon County Administration is announcing the resignation of family practice providers Chere Bohr, DNP, and Jen Wagy, DNP, effective September 2023.
The resignations come as both Bohr and Wagy have been presented with career and family opportunities that align with each of their long term goals.
On behalf of MHCC Administration and the Board of Trustees, we wish to congratulate both providers on these new opportunities and thank them for their commitment to the organization and Carbon County.
Administration is actively pursuing additional providers to ensure clinics are staffed adequately and can continue to meet the healthcare needs of Carbon County residents.
